Delivery Areas
We deliver within South Africa only. Deliveries outside the country are not offered at this time.
Delivery Method
All orders are shipped using trusted third-party courier services. Couriers operate on weekdays only.
Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. Delivery may take longer if stock is limited, during peak periods or due to courier delays. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
Order Processing
Orders are processed once full payment has been received. Processing normally takes 1 to 2 working days before dispatch.
Shipping Fees
Delivery fees are shown at checkout. Fees may vary based on your location and the size or weight of your order.
Stock Availability
If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you with options. These may include waiting for restocking, choosing an alternative product or receiving a refund.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier cannot deliver after reasonable attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. A re-delivery fee may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, please inform us within 48 hours with photos where possible. We will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.
Tracking
Tracking details will be sent once the parcel has been dispatched. You can follow your delivery directly with the courier.
